Chicken Eggs
Our eggs are currently available for delivery, direct from our farm, and from Sykes Dairy farm in Mebane!
We grow heirloom chickens out on the pasture - they spend the majority of their life within a foot of an insect or blade of grass, and this shows in their eggs. Every egg we get out of their boxes is well-shaped, with a healthy white and a bright orange yolk, courtesy of the local grass and grasshoppers.
To stay safe from the local coyotes&friends, the flock lives in the Hen Wagon, a tow-behind wagon that we can move to whichever pasture is the most chicken-friendly, and allows us to spread the chicken love through our whole farm.
We sell all our eggs cleaned but unwashed so they can remain fresh on your counter, or last even longer in your fridge.
