Chickens

We pride ourselves in raising our birds in small batch, pastured, open air facilities, and work to ensure their daily access to grass, bugs, and dirt.  By ensuring their health and happiness, we are able to provide tastier and healthier food for our customers.

We get our chickens in the mail when they are days old, and spend the rest of their time on our farm, mostly in the mobile coops pictured, which provide daily grass and protection from predation.

All processing is carried out on our farm, and we make their trip to the package as short and painless as possible.  The goal, after all, is to only have the one bad day, and hopefully you can taste the difference.
