Lamb
We've been raising Dorper-Katahdin lamb for about a decade, feeding them grass and hay, and keeping ourselves and our neighbors stocked with meat - we've found that raising them the way that we do produces lamb with a mild and flavorful meat.

We've found (as have many others) that too much grain in a lamb's diet makes for a sour stomach and a sickly lamb that needs medication. Because grain is a treat in our lamb's diet, rather than a staple, they are much healthier and require no medication of any kind.

Since we have begun converting our hobby farm to a working farm, we've had to double the size of our 10 ewe flock, and you can already taste the results!

We look forward to sharing!
A variety of lamb cuts are available for delivery or direct from the farm, including:
- Boneless Roasts
- Ribs and Chops
